This is AMAZING news. Leave it to Dean, one of the most sincere, in-it-for-the-right-reasons faces on the Laura Ingalls Wilder landscape.

I LOVE that Dean Butler has embraced the REAL Laura and Almanzo. I feel that Melissa Gilbert has begun to as well.

This is wonderful! I can’t wait to see this after the great job he did with the Almanzo documentary.

From the first book of Laura Ingalls that my daughter brought home from school as a Christmas present we were all hooked.
I have many of the movies, all the books, including Laura’s letters to Almanzo while she was in California visiting their daughter, Rose.
    Wonderful memories, wonderful love story.
Thank you for your portrayal of her loving husband.
My husband who I saw and fell in love with when I was thirteen and will celebrate our 54th anniversary on June 7th.
