I am fairly new to your site, but I have enjoyed going back and reading your posts so far. I have loved all things Ingalls since I was a little girl. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I have read and re-read her books. And any information I could find on the Ingalls’ and Wilders.
Maybe you could do some posts on other members of her family and what happened to them after the time of the books. Such as her sisters and her extended family. Also, maybe some ofher reading material from that time period. I just finished re-reading A Lantern In Her Hand (one of my favs) and could compare the main character to Ma Ingalls and what they must have really thought about their lives. It makes them seem more real.
I enjoy all the posters. I can’t wait to read any details about Laurapolooza. Suggestions. Maybe ask some of those who will be at the convention (Hill, Miller, etc.) to have a guest post about what they personally found interesting in their research or what sparked their interest.
I love this site! I like everything you post, the history, current events, and links to articles… Keep up the great work!
